To mark 2025, we crafted a single, rare batch of Barti —

a 2-year aged Dominican rum, rested in ex-bourbon barrels and finished the Barti way with seaweed, spice, and a kiss of the coast.

Sealed in wax, as it should be.

Inspired by a book I’ve always loved.

The result?

Deep. Warm. Ocean-hearted.
