Return & Refund Policy

Barti Rum Ltd ("Barti") accepts returns for any unused and unopened items within 14 days of customer receipt. If returning items, the items must be returned to Barti in its original packaging and unopened. Any items received opened or used cannot be refunded.

Customers should retain shipping evidence of the items having been sent to Barti. No refund will be made if the items are not received by Barti and no such evidence of Barti receiving the items is available.  

Barti can only refund orders purchased directly from our own website (www.bartirum.wales). Your Barti website order number must be provided with all refund requests. 

Gift Card orders are non-refundable.

Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel your order then please contact us, if however your order has already been processed you will need to return the order to us.

All orders which contain clothing will include a return slips with details of how to return your item should you need to.

Apologies, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.
