So easy to make and who doesn't love a Long Island Iced Tea to get the party started. Well, here's our twist on the this classic cocktail recipe, inspired by Barti and the Sea.
Vanilla vodka and Barti's Seaweed Spiced Rum packs a real punch of flavour to turn a pretty straight cocktail into a stunning taste sensation. We believe this will be a new favourite for years to come.
Try these measures in a jug for 4 people.
- 50ml Barti Spiced Rum Spirit
- 50ml vanilla vodka
- 50ml gin (Throw out the rule book go wild with your favourite flavoured Gin if you want to jazz it up even more)
- 50ml tequila
- 50ml triple sec
- 50-100ml Freshly squeezed lime Juice (2-4 limes)
- ice
- 500ml cola
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
Throw together all your ingredients except the Cola and lime wedges into a jug over ice and give it all a good stir.
Add in the cola, gently stir it all once more, but not too hard this time, you don't want to kill the cola fizz.
Pour into glasses and top off each glass with the lime wedges.
Job done! The Barti Parti is on! Easier than surfing a six foot set at Freshwater West.
