In a nutshell... 2 parts Barti Cream, 1 part Barti Spiced Rum 

We prefer to just eyeball/free pour this one. Measures are a personal preference. as long as the ratios are roughly right you're good to go. Besides, you may feel like you want to tweak the ratios to your personal taste... Perhaps you might prefer it with a little more Spiced Rum, or maybe heavier on the Barti Cream. That's the joy of this unique and simple spiced rum cocktail... you can have it entirely your own way and the outcome is always amazing.

The Spiced Drifter poured like this is best served with a straw or stirrer. The Barti Spiced Rum will naturally float on the silky smooth Barti Cream giving you an elegantly stylish looking drink straight out of the bottles. Though the overall taste is best appreciated when everything is stirred together, (This is where the straw comes in). You can use the straw to stir everything up if you like, or perhaps you may prefer the unstirred version with the crispness of the spiced rum over the palate first, followed by the smoothness of the cream as an aftertaste.  That's the joy of this simple little spiced rum cocktail... your own way is always the right way!

Alternative serving method.

If you fancy something a little more refined, simply add all your ingredients above into a cocktail shaker, give it a good brisk shake for a few seconds and then strain off your drink into a glass and serve.
