Lavish, excessive, ridiculously indugent and over the top. Sound like a bit of you? Looks like you're in the right place, welcome to the Barti Cream Mega Milkshake! Developed at Easter but frankly loved all year round, this thing is about as deliciously rich as it gets!
To make enough to fill two small Easter eggs
100ml Barti Cream
100ml Milk
4 Scoops of vanilla ice cream
100ml Double cream, whipped
Lashings of chocolate dessert sauce
Mini eggs and anything else you fancy to decorate
Don't forget the chocolate eggs themselves!
To make
Carefully remove the top of each chocolate egg. Top tip, this is easier if the egg is ever so slightly warm. Consume the tops while performing the following steps (essential).
Combine the Barti Cream, milk and ice cream in a blender. Pour into the empty chocolate eggs and top with a big dollop of whipped cream, a generous drizzle of chcocolate sauce and a couple of mini eggs.
Change it up with different toppings, you could even try whizzing some mini eggs in with the milk mixture. Enjoy!
