An absolute favourite of ours. It’s simple, minimal on ingredients and fuss, and it’s a welcome drink in summer, autumn and winter making it an easy all year rounder.
Combine fresh cloudy apple juice in equal parts with Barti spiced rum and lots of chunky ice.
The cloudy apple provides just the right amount of sweetness and body without overpowering the rum. Its great like this but if you want to go for a taller drink try topping up with quality tonic water. Along similar lines and just as refreshing, if your out and about and your local doesn’t have cloudy apple juice, why not experiment with a Barti and Appletiser.
